HELEN Skelton’s mum Janet blinked away tears last night when her Strictly star daughter thanked her for supporting her and her kids.
The Countryfile presenter performed a Paso Doble on Saturday just days after The Celeb Report revealed her ex Richie Myler had gotten his new girlfriend pregnant.

Helen, 39, shares children, Ernie, seven, Louis, five, and baby Elsie with estranged husband Richie, 32.
Speaking after her dance with Gorka Marquez, Strictly host Claudia Winkleman said to Helen: “Your parents are in the audience, and I know you just wanted to say thanks to them.”
Helen replied: “They hate public thanks, so I better be favourite child after this!
“Do you know what, grandparents keep this country on its feet. And my parents keep me on my feet. So thank you to them.”

The moving moment was followed by Gorka sharing his own assessment of his show partner Helen.
As they chatted to Claudia, the Spanish dancer suddenly said: “Can I just say something?
“I know you’ve been having a difficult time, and I know you’ve been made to feel like you’re not beautiful or good enough or anything.
“But if you don’t believe in yourself…I believe in you. Everybody here believes in you, your family believes in you.
As Gorka spoke and the other contestants cheered, Helen bit her lip then hid behind him before reappearing but was unable to say anything.
She appeared gripped with emotion as Gorka continued: “It doesn’t matter how many times I say it or the judges say it, or anyone says it, it’s only you that can make the change and the one who believes in you.
“You are an amazing woman, very inspirational, an amazing mum and an incredible dancer so believe in you please.”
Strictly viewers took to Twitter to comment on the moment, with one writing: “I think her ex husband has made helen feel so s**t about herself she actually believes shes not good enough 
you go @HelenSkeltongirl you’re amazing ! #strictly.”
Another added: “Feel bad for Helen – you need to believe in yourself, we all do! – not easy to do when you’ve been through what she has recently.”
Earlier this week, it was revealed in The Celeb Report that ex-Richie is expecting a baby with new girlfriend, Stephanie Thirkill – just six months after he dumped Helen.
