“He’s not chipped and has no collar,” the post continued, showing a photo of a black and white cat with green eyes.
“Please help find Ralph, if you know anything about where Ralph could be, talk to James Sutton.”
James went on to share a closer-up photo of the cat, as she thanked his fans for their “kind advice”.

James wrote: “2019 – Unhappy. Unmotivated. Self Conscious. 2022 – Found a lifestyle and a program that suits me.
“I have more energy. I sleep better. I feel better. I’m more motivated. More productive.
“I hold my head up. I look people in the eye. I value myself. I have my ambition back. It’s never too late to start.”
