THE temperature may be dropping outside but we know one sure fire way to turn up the heat… stick on a Hollywood film.
Throughout the years, blockbusters have left fans in desperate need of a cold shower as actors bare it all for some seriously sizzling sex scenes.
And now a new study has revealed the top ten most X-rated films to hit our screens.
Top of the list is Wolf of Wall Street, starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Margot Robbie, receiving a whopping 90.7 per cent of all votes for featuring the most severely-rated nudity and sex scenes.
French indie flick Blue is the Warmest Colour and 2013’s Nymphomaniac also round off the top ten, research by OnlineGambling.ca and online film database IMDb revealed.
So why not settle down and watch one of these racy films as a sure fire way to spice up your last days of lockdown?
Wolf of Wall Street, 2013
What’s it about? Directed by Martin Scorsese, this black comedy is based on the best-selling memoir of stockbroker Jordan Belfort who swindled millions of pounds from hapless investors – much of which he spent on cocaine and prostitutes.
Who’s in it? Leonardo DiCaprio, Margot Robbie, Matthew McConaughey
Raunchiest moments: Just a few minutes in, Margot Robbie treats us to some full frontal nudity. Later, her character is seen trying to seduce Leo, her on-screen husband in one very provocative scene in their baby’s nursery and sees her touching herself and calling him “Daddy”.

Blue Is the Warmest Colour, 2013
What’s it about? This French indie smash hit focuses on a passionate love affair between a female high school student and an older woman.

Raunchiest moments: The infamous graphic seven-minute sex scene between the actresses at the end of the film sees them go through a series of different sexual acts and positions – and reportedly took ten days to shoot.

What’s it about? This two-part erotic art film, written and directed by Lars von Trier, follows self-diagnosed nymphomaniac Joe as she recalls her erotic experiences to a bachelor who helps her recover from an assault.

What’s it about? This controversial erotic drama, written and directed by Gaspar Noé, follows the fall-out after a couple have a no-strings-attached threesome.

He smuggles unapproved pharmaceutical drugs into Texas for treating his symptoms, as well as distributing them to fellow AIDS patients by establishing the Dallas Buyers Club.
