HOUSE of Games viewers were convinced bosses stepped in to ‘tone down annoying contestant’ on the show.
Fans of the BBC Two programme could not help but complain about a particular comedian, as they “answered all the questions”.
Josie Long had viewers rushing to vent on Twitter as she stormed ahead in the competition, hosted by Richard Osman.
One wrote: “I know Josie is good. But with such a big lead, let the others have a go! #HouseOfGames”.
Another added: “Fair play to Josie Long on #HouseOfGames but it isn’t as enjoyable to watch when one person answers all the questions”.
While one moaned: “There’s always one and this week its Josie Long #houseofgames”.
But when her stream of good luck ended, a viewer said: “I have the feeling the producers of #HouseOfGames told Josie Long to tone down a bit… it was getting annoying and boring to watch her answering every single question…”
This week has seen Josie compete against Olympians Steve Cram and Jeanette Kwakye and fellow comic Lloyd Griffith.
On Monday viewers were left distracted by Josie’s chosen outfit.
Josie, 40, opted for a grey T-shirt, floral zip up hooded jacket and red shorts, which she teamed with trainers.
Meanwhile the two men wore shirts and Jeanette wore a dress, leaving some at home questioning Josie’s ensemble.
One wrote on Twitter: “Did Josie Long forgot that she had to be on the show and had no time to change clothes?”
Another added: “Also, Josie Long is wearing shorts on #HouseOfGames.”
House of Games airs weeknights at 6pm on BBC Two.
