A FORMER Love Island star has revealed the strict rule that Islanders broke before entering the villa.

She’s since spoken about rule breaks on her podcast Sisters In The City, where she admits the show changed her life.

Discussing the unexpected rule break, the stunning 32-year-old star said some Islanders would go on their personal phones when they weren’t allowed to.

Anna explained that it happened while she was in isolation with her chaperone before entering the villa.

She said: “Do you know what I heard? Some of the girls that were originals with me – I won’t name any names – some of them at night would sneak into the chaperone rooms.

“They’d get the phones out of the chaperone’s luggage, turn it on and be on the phone to their friends and family all night.”

Anna also spoke about coming out of the show and how “crazy” it was having her phone back.

She said: “The chaperone gave me my phone after over 8 weeks of not having one and I forgot the pin.

“I couldn’t remember it and I ended up locking my phone because I couldn’t remember my pin. I then started panicking but asked one of the producers if I could call my cousin and she remembered the pin.”

Another former Islander, Shannon Singh, hinted that some Islanders kept their phones on them while in isolation.

The Scots stunner lifted the lid on some of the dating show’s secrets, on a podcast titled Shannon Singh: My Body Is My Choice.

She said: “I’ve done three weeks on my own in isolation.

“I didn’t have a phone like a lot of the Islanders, like Lucinda [Strafford], people like that, when they were in the isolation.

“They had their phones and things like that for at least a week.

“I had no phone and there was a really big build-up just for that.”
