Reboot Announcement
An iconic noughties game show is set to make a comeback with a major update after 16 years since its last series. The BBC is gearing up to produce a new pilot for the hit format next month.
Format and Host
'Hole in the Wall' featured celebrities contorting themselves to fit through a giant moving wall in two competing teams. The show required participants to maneuver their bodies to fit through cut-out holes of various shapes to win a prize of £10,000. Alison Hammond is confirmed to front the reboot.
Pilot Recording
The recording for the pilot episode is scheduled for April 10th. Fans can expect the show to bring back the thrill of avoiding getting knocked into a swimming pool by a giant polystyrene panel.
Previous Series and Celebrities
The original series of 'Hole in the Wall' aired on BBC One in 2008 and was hosted by Dale Winton and later by Anton Du Beke. Celebrity team captains included British cricketer Darren Gough, rugby union player Austin Healey, and EastEnders actor Joe Swash, with famous names like Phil Tufnell, Andi Peters, and Vanessa Feltz competing on the show.

Alison Hammond's Role
Alison Hammond, known for her work on 'This Morning' and 'Bake Off,' has been chosen to lead the reboot. Her infectious energy and humor are expected to bring a fresh spin to the show, making it a must-watch for fans.
