Osteoporosis is a condition that causes a loss of bone density, leading to a higher risk of fractures and bone breakages. It affects over three million people in the UK and weight-bearing exercises, such as Pilates, walking, and yoga, are recommended to strengthen bones. Additionally, a diet rich in calcium and vitamin D, as well as vitamin D supplements, can help manage the condition.
Zara's health revelation comes as Sam Thompson has been named the first Camp Leader of the 2023 season of I'm A Celebrity. While Zara has been supporting him on social media, she is also focusing on her own health journey. Last year, Zara attended a reception hosted by Queen Camilla, who is the patron of the Royal Osteoporosis Society.
