I'm A Celeb Trial Sparks Controversy as Fans Accuse Show of Bias

Viewers Upset Over Nella Rose's "Easy" Ride in Latest Trial

Fans of the popular ITV jungle show, I'm A Celebrity, have expressed their frustration with the program after the latest trial seemed to favor contestant Nella Rose. The YouTube star faced the challenge alongside Sam Thompson, but fans felt that Nella had an "easy" ride compared to her partner.

Questioning the Show's Fairness

Viewers have taken to social media to voice their concerns over the producers' decision-making process for assigning tasks during the trials. They argued that Nella was only tasked with "admin work" while Sam had to face a more difficult physical challenge.

The Underwater Challenge

In the trial, Nella and Sam had to work together underwater to win 10 stars for the camp's dinner. Nella had to read out questions for Sam to answer correctly inside a box with an air pocket. Meanwhile, Sam had to swim to the correct answer box and use his mouth to unscrew the stars. However, he had to contend with crabs, frogs, and spiders.

Favoritism Allegations

While Sam faced the creepy crawlies, Nella appeared to have a much easier time as she remained in her pod with just spiders. Fans felt that this discrepancy in difficulty was unfair and questioned the show's fairness in assigning tasks.

Outrage Over Nella's Comments

Aside from the trial controversy, Nella also faced backlash for her comments about men in camp during Sunday's episode. Fans were outraged when she remarked that the men were doing all the work, such as gathering firewood and doing heavy lifting, while the women were responsible for "keeping the vibes."

The trial ended with Nella and Sam successfully winning 10 stars for the camp, much to the delight of their fellow celebrities. I'm A Celebrity continues to air on ITV1 and ITVX.
