Viewers of the popular reality show I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! believe they have deciphered the identity of the first camp leader. Voting is currently underway for fans to choose who they want to see take charge of the celebrity contestants.

Nigel Farage emerges as the frontrunner

According to speculation, Nigel Farage, the former politician, is the frontrunner for the position. Viewers are eagerly anticipating the potential chaos that could ensue if Nigel were to win the election and become the top dog. Particularly, they are anticipating the reactions of Fred Sirieix and Nella Rose, both of whom have clashed with Nigel on the show.

One viewer expressed their belief on social media, stating, "There is only one candidate who is perfectly suited to become 'Camp Leader'... Nigel Farage." Another viewer mentioned the allure of potential drama, saying, "All 5 votes on Nigel to be camp leader just because of the possible drama." Nigel has already demonstrated his leadership potential on the show, notably by reprimanding the celebrities for leaving rubbish in the camp, which attracted vermin overnight.

Support from his French politician girlfriend

A source revealed, "Nigel and Laure have been linked for years, ever since she first moved into his house in Chelsea and was seen taking the bins out. Nigel has never confirmed the nature of their relationship and is incredibly private about his family life, but there was a feeling if there was ever a time to open that door, it was now."

The source further mentioned the PR benefits of inviting a controversial partner, citing Matt Hancock's decision to bring his girlfriend Gina Coladangelo to Australia last year, which helped with his public image after their lockdown-breaking affair.
