I’m A Celebrity coming out show – air date, time and channel

ITV’s hit reality show I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! is about to come to an end for another year.

The winner was crowned on December 4 but the final coming out show is still to air.

When is the I’m a Celeb coming out show on?

In the past, a final special episode referred to as a coming out show has always aired after the champion has been declared.

This year, due to the changes needed because of the coronavirus, it is called I’m a Celebrity… A Castle Story.

It will air on ITV on Sunday, December 13 at 8pm.

What is the coming out show about?

Presented by Ant & Dec, this one-off show combines the highlights from the series as well as interviews with the celebrities.

Author Giovanna Fletcher was crowned Queen of the Castle.

Those made to suffer in a Welsh castle this year included musical theatre icon Ruthie Henshall, Radio 1 DJ Jordan North, EastEnders star Shane Richie, broadcaster Victoria Derbyshire, singer Russell Watson, EastEnders actress Jessica Plummer and Coronation Street star Beverley Callard.

Also taking part were TV presenter Vernon Kay, Paralympic Gold Medallist Hollie Arnold, former Strictly pro AJ Pritchard, author & podcaster Giovanna Fletcher and gold medal Olympian Sir Mo Farah.

How will it be different this year?

Usually the show is filmed in the Australian jungle but the location had to be changed this year due to the Covid pandemic.

In 2020 it was moved to Gwrych Castle in Abergele, North Wales and the first instalment was aired on November 15 in a 90-minute special.

Former EastEnders star Jacqueline Jossa was crowned Queen of the Jungle in 2019.
