The Real Hustle star has had four children with her celebrity hairdresser husband Lee Stafford since leaving the jungle in 2011.

And the entertainer acted as nanny to Jessica’s young daughter in a swimming pool, with Jess joking: “When you do a reality show in 2011 and meet your future kids au pair

She recently hinted that her brood wasn’t complete yet, joking hubby Lee wants one more in a fun family photo.
