I’m A Celeb’s Chris Moyles ‘confirms’ feud as he slams campmate as ‘fake’ and says they made him walk out

CHRIS Moyles has slammed one of his I’m A Celebrity campmates as “fake” a week after leaving the jungle.

The DJ, 48, has been opening up on what really went on – saying he stormed off the show’s set at one point.

He called Matt Hancock ‘quite fake’ and walked out when he asked for forgiveness

Chris named and shamed Matt Hancock, who has been at the heart of many of the series’ ‘feud’ rumours in recent weeks.

Speaking on his Radio X show, Chris said: “Matt Hancock kind of dived around a few questions I thought, and then said, ‘I guess all I’m just asking for is forgiveness’.

“At that point I had to walk out of camp and just get away because I personally found that quite fake. And that really wound me up.”

He also suggested the former Health Secretary, 44 – who came third this year – had no business being on the show.

He continued: “He’s an MP and he’s paid to look after people and their interests and hopefully make their lives better. I don’t know how he does that by going on the jungle show.”

Matt was popular with viewers of the show but rumours he was not such a hit with the campmates began almost as soon as he left.

The MP was noticeably absent from the ‘unofficial’ final dinner that the cast organised themselves.

However, Chris had much warmer words for some of the other stars in camp, particularly stand-up Seann Walsh, 37.

The DJ said: “He has had a really, really hard time career wise, and mental health wise since.

“He was very open about it, and has come on the show to basically to say, ‘I’m really not a bad guy, can I start again’. Which is really honest and takes a lot of balls.”

Chris and Seann were reunited today, posing for a picture in the Radio X studios in London’s West End.

Other secrets revealed by the former Radio 1 man included that fact there was a trial that went so calamitously that it was never even shown.

He explained that he and Scarlette Douglas did a Dingo Dollar challenge that producers opted to axe entirely.

Chris revealed: “We were so bad at winning the treats in the Dingo Dollar Deals on Wheels challenges. Scarlette and I did a challenge and they didn’t even show it – that’s how bad we were.”
