LOVE Island’s Hugo Hammond and Amy Day have FINALLY come face to face for the first time since their awkward After Sun appearance.
The pair – who were sent home from the villa last week following a tense vote-off between the Islanders – put their troubles aside for a reunion at STK Restaurant in central London.
Hugo, 24, was all smiles as he stepped out of a taxi in the capital.
He rocked a checkered shirt, black jeans and some smart black shoes.
Meanwhile Amy, 25, looked incredible in a black bodysuit, tie-dye mini skirt and some strappy black heels.
She completed the look by styling her hair into some gorgeous loose waves, a smokey eye and a nude lip.
This is the first time the two have seen each other since arriving home on Sunday separately.
The pair seemed to hit it off on the programme after meeting in Casa Amor, but things soon seemed to fizzle out.
When the two were booted off the show, the hunk made things ten times more awkward by telling producers: “My search for love in there… tragic is probably the word for it,” as Amy listened on, standing next to him.
When they were invited for a chat on Love Island’s spinoff show After Sun, Amy didn’t hold back on her thoughts about the teacher.
She told host Laura Whitmore: “Oh, I’m cracking now to be out of the way of Hugo, really.”
The Surrey stunner called him “fake” and said he acted like he was on “the Hugo show”.
Amy certainly didn’t hold back as she also said: “I think to sum it up, Hugo says that he wants to stay true to himself – can you not be true to everyone else at the same time?”
But Hugo stood his ground and replied: “I don’t really know what I can say, it makes me feel sad that you feel this way.
“If that’s the way you feel, that’s the way you feel.”
Despite their frosty encounter, the pair are partying it up in London together with a bunch of other ex Islanders.
They have been joined by Aaron Francis, Harry Young, Brad McClelland, Georgia Townsend, AJ Bunker, Chuggs Wallis, Lillie Haynes, Jack Barlow, Medhy Malanda, Danny Bibby, Sam Jackson and Lucinda Strafford.
The likes of Sharon Gaffka, Rachel Finni and Shannon Singh didn’t attend the reunion.
The reality stars have kept all their fans up to date with what they’ve been getting up to on Instagram – and it includes drinking a lot of fancy cocktails.
Danny uploaded a snap with ex Lucinda with the caption: “Got my lambo back.”
Lads Sam, Jack and Medhy were over the moon to finally see each other again after their time in Casa Amor together.
Meanwhile Lillie and Jack looked very cosy next to each other at the end of the table.
Earlier this week The Celeb Report Online revealed the pair grew close in hotel after being booted out of the villa.
