IT WAS a world away from the winding lanes of Emmerdale as soap star Daisy Campbell soaked up the sun on holiday in Dubai.
Best known for playing village schoolgirl Amelia Spencer, the teenager looked stunning in a series of bikini snaps during her luxury break.
Daisy, 18, announced her arrival in Dubai with pictures of herself in a string black bikini, posing with the city’s distinctive skyline behind her.
She captioned the set of photos with the words: “location says it all”.
Next up it was an animal print number which again showed off her toned abs.
Taken as she’d stepped out of the cool blue waters, Daisy looked relaxed as she gazed directly at the camera.
A slight wardrobe malfunction meant her bikini was showing some underboob, but foreseeing any comments about it, she wrote: “tops annoyin me 2”.
Wearing a little pink number, the actress caught some twillight rays while drifting on a floating platform in the middle of the sea.
As well as enjoying the sun, sea and sand, Daisy got her fill of the food on offer at the exclusive Nobu, located in the Atlantis hotel.
The Japanese restaurant went down a treat with the telly favourite, who gushed: “I wanna cry the food was that good”.
With no expense spared, Daisy washed down her meal with some Laurent-Perrier champagne.
It was a welcome break for the Emmerdale star who has tackled some intense storylines over the last 12 months.
Emmerdale fans broke down in tears last year when Dan Spencer finally admitted he couldn’t care for daughter Amelia and said he would place her in care.
Dan was unable to work for months after Brenda accidentally poisoned him with almonds in the cafe, causing him to suffer a seizure and damage his back.
Caring responsibilities fell to his young daughter Amelia who was forced to skip school to cook, clean and wash her ailing father.
The teenager even resorted to stealing to buy food because Dan couldn’t afford to feed them.
Unfortunately the youngster slipped and trapped her arm in a car engine last year.
Dan eventually confessed his financial woes to Marlon and decision to put Amelia into care where she would be looked after.
