LOVE Island confirmed that Gemma Owen would be joining the line-up for the eighth series of the hit ITV2 dating show today.
While she’s no doubt glamming up ahead of her first appearance – the soon-to-be reality star is already used to a luxurious lifestyle.
Gemma, 19, who is the daughter of footballing legend Michael Owen, is set to appear as part of the ten new hopefuls looking for love.
ITV confirmed the news after The Celeb Report exclusively revealed that the Instagram influencer had asked for her dad’s blessing to take part.
She is set to jet off to the luxurious Majorcan villa this week ahead of her appearance – alongside nine fresh faces to ITV2.
But the glamorous lifestyle will come as no surprise to Gemma, who is often seen on lavish holidays, and nights out with her famous pals.

Gemma posed by the pool in the sun-soaked resort of Quinta do Lago, just months after returning from another Dubai break.
