EMMERDALE’s Danny Miller has recently become a dad for the first time after fiancee Steph Jones gave birth to a little boy called Albert.
Fortunately the couple already have the perfect family home – which the Aaron Dingle actor, 30, will soon be leaving for the I’m A Celebrity castle.
The loved-up couple are very used to looking after kids as they spent lockdown with his sister Lucy Stratton and her three children.
Danny previously shared a gorgeous photo of him laying in bed with the three kids, including the youngest Teddy, a baby that Danny was bottle feeding.
Curled in the middle of all the action was Danny’s beloved cavapoo, Ginni.
The glamorous bed features a statement gold headboard which Danny has coupled well with a rustic bedside table.
The doting uncle hosted his family at his home with a green backyard, wooden decking and stunning black outdoor furniture with white cushions.
Danny and his fiancee Steph, who is a midwife, have been sure to decorate the inside of their home with a cosy but modern feel.
Wooden floorboards compliment the muted tones of caramel and mocha that decorate the lounge room.
There are deep brown leather sofas and a roaring fire place.
The family love to spend the evening cuddling up in front of it with their dog and now their son.
But Danny won’t be seeing the house for a while as he has now entered quarantine to ensure he’s Covid safe in the I’m A Celebrity castle.
He was picked up before sunrise in a chauffeur-driven vehicle to try and enter quarantine on Friday.
On October 27th he shared a snap of his partner holding their baby’s hand as he revealed Steph had given birth.
He wrote: “I was lucky enough to find someone who shines bright enough to lead me out of the dark, but I never imagined to be lead to the brightest place imaginable.”
The couple, who announced they were expecting in February after a year of IVF treatment, only found out the sex of their child when Steph gave birth.
Speaking about their choice of name Danny told OK! Magazine: “I’ve loved the name from when I was a kid.
“Steph’s granddad was called Albert but when we were in school I just knew him as Steph’s granddad, so when I suggested it, I didn’t know it was her granddad’s name.”
Steph added: “Danny said to me, ‘I’ve got a name that I really love but I’m not sure what you’ll think about it,’ and then when he said ‘Albert’, I said it must be a sign as that was my granddad’s name.”
