MICHELLE Keegan threw a lavish summer garden party for her mum Jackie’s 60th birthday yesterday.
The actress, 34, pulled out all the stops to make sure the day was extra special, and they were blessed with beautiful sunshine too.
There was a giant teepee with an illuminated 60 outside the front entrance as well as a big balloon display.
Delicious fruity cocktails flowed, served by smartly dressed bar staff. Singer-songwriter Callum J Wright performed a cover of Justin Bieber’s Sorry among others, with Michelle telling her followers “what a talent”.
Despite the party being organised “last minute” there were still plenty of great touches such as a two-tier cake decorated with sunflowers.
Michelle’s husband Mark Wright was in attendance and shared a video from the event to plug his DJ slot at pal Olly Murs’s gig tomorrow night.
At last week’s birthday dinner Michelle and Jackie had lots of wine, wore fun headbands and took selfies.
The Our Girl star also revealed that she was the “first one” to arrive to the party, and playfully joked she had “been stood up”.
She also showed her mum tucking into birthday cake, and the family could be seen about to down a huge row of tequila shots.
Michelle described her mum as her “best friend” on her special day.
