LUCY Mecklenburgh may have just announced her second pregnancy but the star is still keeping busy creating stunning showroom homes for her family.
The former Towie favourite is already mum to 19-month-old Roman, who she shares with fiance Ryan Thomas.
The pair split their time between Essex and Manchester, making sure time is spent with both families.
In Essex there’s Lucy chic home full of monochrome looks and cosy corners.
In the living room, Lucy, 30, has chosen a plush grey sofa overlooked by black and white pictures of special family moments, including several of her son as a newborn.
In the hallway, an oversized mirror and stylish green chair welcome in guests.
While their plenty of cute, but practical storage space in Roman’s playroom.
Sharing the makeover with fans, she confessed: “This was originally a very awkward space off my living room that I never really knew what to do with!?”
She then gushed: “Its now the most perfect play area that’s in full view from a cup of tea on the sofa but hidden from the rest of the house allowing us to go a little more playful & add a little pop of colour.
“It was important to get lots of useful storage but also keep enough usable space for Roman to play with all his toys.”
The pretty brunette’s bedroom follows the property’s theme of muted colours but a warming cream has been added to match the tone of the wood feature walls.
Meanwhile in Manchester the couple are working on completely renovating a massive mansion they purchased earlier this year.
Sharing with fans the latest on their revamp plans, Lucy posted a snap of the trio in the slightly tired living with stained glass windows and declared: “PLANNING APPROVED 
And a new nursery to design”.
This week, Lucy and Ryan announced they were expecting their second child together.
Lucy previously shared the news of their big buy back in February, revealing the former Corrie actor had purchased it without her knowing.
She uploaded a snap of the pair standing next to their new front door with a mat that stated “home sweet home”.
The beauty told fans: “New house, new project, new memories to be made 
@ryanthomas84 bought our new Manchester home without me viewing it 
he is a very brave man hahahah!!!
