SAS Who Dares Wins star Shannon Courtenay’s home comforts – in stark contrast to the gritty reality TV series – have now been revealed.
The boxer, 29, has endured a flirty time on the reality series and opened up on banter with TOWIE‘s Pete Wicks.
Boxer Shannon Courtenay’s plush pad has been revealed
It is a far cry from her gritty surroundings on SAS Who Dares Wins
Her colour-coordinated cupboards and utensils add a stylish edge
Shannon has also refrained from boxing co-star Calum Best during a brutal challenge.
Yet off-screen the former bantamweight champ, who has racked up nine professional wins, has been able to kick back in her modern home.
She has taken to her Instagram page to reveal the plush pad, complete with a modern kitchen.
The cream cupboards give a homely feel while all her utensils are neatly-organised in named boxes.
Eager to keep to country kitchen colour scheme, the stylish sports star has even matched her toaster to her storage boxes.
Meanwhile, an island in the middle of the cooking space gives her the perfect place to munch her salads.
The rustic feel of her home is mirrored in light wooden doors and wood-panelled floors.
A dark iron stair-rail adds a touch of modern styling.
This is continued in the upstairs rooms, with a diamond encrusted mirror perfect for selfies.
Indeed, Shannon mentioned her bedroom as she told of racy antics off screen on SAS Who Dares Wins, as she confessed: “Every night Pete was trying to get in my bed and I was saying, ‘We’re not on Love Island, OK!’.”
Another modern room complete with granite style floor and walls adds to the fresh, trendy edge of her home.
Meanwhile outside, the star has a space to chill out in complete with wicker furniture.
Away from her cosy home and to the gritty reality of her new TV role, she recently said on Instagram: “Hope you all enjoyed the show. It was brutal but amazing to film. I think it’s fair to say CS gassing wasn’t my finest hour, as for the milling I said from day one if I had to do that task I wasn’t going to hit anybody and I stuck to my guns and I’m so glad I did.
“You know this whole SAS show it’s a marathon, not a sprint, so you know the first two tasks I didn’t do great in but tune in next week to see how I get on.”
