STEPHEN Mulhern has risen from a children’s entertainment presenter all the way to one of the nation’s most loved TV stars.
The host, who turned 44 over Easter, is a household name due to popular shows likes Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, In For A Penny and Catchphrase.
But Stephen also mixes with some of the biggest names in showbiz.
Despite all this, the star has kept a lot of his life hidden from the public.

Rise to fame
Stephen’s showbiz career kicked off when his father began teaching him tricks before bedtime age 11.
His enthusiasm led to him being the youngest member of The Magic Circle – and he then appeared on Blue Peter.
Stephen went on to win The Big Big Talent Show – hosted by Jonathan Ross – which bagged him a spot at the Royal Variety Performance in front of the queen.
But his presenting career kicked off when he presented Saturday Showdown on CITV alongside Holly Willoughby.
The star ended up working on children’s show Finger Tips with Fearne Cotton, before spending a decade on kids’ show Tricky TV.
But Stephen’s career really kicked off in 2010 when he moved away from children’s TV.
He hosted the Dancing On Ice spin-off show, made frequent appearances on This Morning, and bagged the frontman position on Catchphrase.
This led to his spot on BGT spin-off Britain’s Got More Talent, which let him build his friendship with Ant and Dec.
He now has shows In For A Penny, Rolling In It, as well as being a main feature on Saturday Night Takeaway.
The star is now a multi-millionaire worth £6.8m after banking almost £1m in a year.
Lavish Lifestyle
Stephen has only given fans a brief glimpse into his lavish lifestyle – but it is certainly that.
The star has a portfolio of properties, with houses in Essex, Leicester, Barnet and London.
In one video he uploaded before Christmas, Stephen edited himself travelling around the ground floor of his stunning property.
His kitchen/living area is a huge open space that follows a very stylish modern vibe.
The cooking space boasts shiny grey units and a huge island in the middle of the room.
The white walls that look great contrasted against his classy oak flooring.
Moving into the living space, the star has a gorgeous light brown leather sofa to sit back and relax on.
The couch has some cosy throws placed neatly on the arms just incase he wants a bit of extra comfort whilst watching his favourite box set on the big screen.
It also has a union jack cushion placed on it for decoration.
The sofa overlooks a huge flatscreen TV that fits perfectly in a white unit that is filled with books, fresh flowers and other special trinkets.
Love Life
Stephen Mulhern has been linked to a fair few famous faces throughout his career.
He has admitted in the past that his career has gotten in the way of any romance.
Strictly Come Dancing star and EastEnders actress Emma Barton met Stephen while working together on a pantomime, Snow White.
The two started seeing one another, but things fell apart for the couple in 2011 when they decided to call it quits.
He revealed at the time that the romance had come to a “natural end”.
