Inside Towie stars’ make-unders after cast get filler dissolved and boob reductions

THE stars of The Only Way Is Essex have recently started to embrace their natural beauty.

Over the years some of the cast have undergone surgery to enhance their looks.

But more recently they have decided to get their lip fillers dissolved and boob jobs reversed.

Here we take a look at what some of the stars have had done…

Megan McKenna

Megan, 30, joined the cast of the ITVBe reality show in 2016.

The singer was only on the show for one year, but her relationship with Pete Wicks was documented heavily during those 12 months.

During her time on our screens Megan rocked a plump pout – but more recently has embraced her natural lips.

Back in 2019 she decided to ditch the lip fillers in a bid to be taken more seriously in the music industry.

During a chat on Lorraine she thought they looked “awful” and she may have suffered from body dysmorphia.

Megan, who won X Factor The Celebrity in 2019, said: “Honestly I look back at myself and think, ‘oh my god what was I thinking?’

“I think I had a massive dose of body dysmorphia. I feel like what I would like to say to my younger self is ‘you really need to accept the way you look. This Instagram thing, looking online, wanting to look like other people, I was doing that.

She added: “You lose yourself.”

Gemma Collins

Self-confessed diva Gemma, 42, was a fan favourite on Towie when she starred in the show between 2011 and 2019.

Over the years the GC has altered her looks in a bid to look younger, but has since then stopped and embraced her natural self.

Back in 2021 she told The Celeb Report: “Last year, I got a bit paranoid and started thinking, ‘I’m turning 40, I’ve got to get this and that done,” Gemma revealed.

“I had a little bit put in my lips, I had my cheeks done, I had Botox, filler. I done the lot. It looked nice but then I started to get carried away and wanted a bit more, as you do.”

Gemma later confirmed to fans that she’d had her lip fillers dissolved in an Instagram post.

The TV star responded to a comment after she posted a glowing make-up free selfie.

Gemma saw the remark from one of her fans, which said: “Careful with the fillers”

The star clapped back: “I don’t have any I had it all dissolved.”

Chloe Sims

Chloe – who dramatically quit Towie last year after 11 years – has also been on a journey to become more natural.

The reality favourite, who now lives over in LA, has been honest about what work she has had done – and that includes a lip fillers, two bob jobs, and a Brazilian butt lift.

Back in April 2021 she revealed that she had her lip fillers removed for a “more natural look”.

The glam reality star showed fans just how different she looked after making the “personal” decision.

Chloe said: “So I decided to remove my fillers…the first photo is before, the second is without filler & the third is my more natural look.

“I’m really happy that I’ve toned it all down, and as you know I think it’s important to be honest with things like this.”

She concluded: “It’s my personal choice & makes me feel confident.”

Bobby Norris

Bobby, 36, was on Towie between 2012 and 2021.

A year after his departure he revealed that he was ready to embrace the “natural Norris”, and had his fillers dissolved.

He uploaded a before and after snap, writing alongside the post: “End of an era..

“After years of having facial fillers I decided to have them removed.

“Sorry in advance to the trolls who have loved to abuse me online for how I look. I know you’ve had a field day over the years.”

Chloe Meadows

Chloe joined Towie in 2014.

Just last year she decided to go under the knife to alter her boobs.

Speaking about the procedure to Closer, she said: Having my boobs reduced was the best thing I’ve ever done. I wish I’d done it sooner! They were so big it was a problem but now my confidence has soared.”

She added, “I struggled to wear bikinis, backless dresses, nice little tops. It bothered me so much. It is major surgery so I was terrified and it was a hard recovery, but I would do it again to be able to wear what I want.”
