Jack's Festive Special
Jack Whitehall had to make some last-minute changes to his upcoming Christmas comedy special after a surprising revelation about his co-star, Michael Buble.
Titled "Jack in Time for Christmas," the Amazon Prime Video feature combines scripted comedy with an unscripted travelogue, following Jack's journey home from the US for the holidays with the help of famous friends.
World-renowned singer Michael Buble makes a guest appearance in the festive special after expressing his admiration for Jack on Zoe Ball's radio show.
Unexpected Discovery
During a screening for the special, Jack revealed that his initial festive trip idea with Michael in Lapland was scrapped after Buble confessed, "I just hate Christmas. I want to be seen as something other than the Christmas guy."
Jack joked about being Michael's therapist and reassured him that he is more than just the "Christmas guy," suggesting he's also the "Valentine's Day guy."
New Direction
Following this revelation, Jack revamped the special, taking viewers on a wild journey from New York home for Christmas, encountering various obstacles along the way.
Alongside Michael Buble, the special features celebrity appearances from Rebel Wilson, Jimmy Fallon, Dave Bautista, Daisy May Cooper, and Tom Davis.
"Jack In Time for Christmas" premieres exclusively on Prime Video worldwide from December 3.
