Arg’s famous pals rushed to comment on how great he looks following his incredible 14 stone weight loss.
Ryan Thomas wrote “oi, oi” beneath the picture, while Chloe Meadows added: “Oh yes”.
The former Towie favourite shed his incredible amount of weight last year after having gastric bypass surgery to limit his food intake.
Arg underwent the life-saving operation in a bid to turn his life around.

The singer, who began piling on the pounds in lockdown after kicking his cocaine and booze addiction, told how doctors told him he was “on death row” before shedding the pounds.
James has kept fans updated since his surgery with the progress and recently admitted that doctors had ordered him to put some weight back on after losing too much.
He told The Celeb Report back in February: “The only problem now is I’ve lost a little bit too much weight and I need to put on half a stone.
“Everyone thinks it’s hilarious, we didn’t think we’d ever be in this situation but it’s one thing or another with me – that’s just me!”
