James Corden slammed for MOCKING Jada Pinkett Smith in TV skit just days after Will slapped Chris Rock at Oscars

JAMES Corden musically mocked Jada Pinkett Smith just days after husband Will Smith slapped Chris Rock at the Oscars.

The Carpool Karaoke host’s TV take on Encanto drove the internet mad, with some saying it “gave them nightmares.”

The internet wasn’t exactly in tune with his parody

On Monday’s episode of his CBS late-night show, James debuted his Oscars take set to song.

He began by discussing how to tastefully cover Sunday night’s shocking awards show with his team, who were on stage seated around a table.

“James, we have to at least acknowledge [what happened],” one producer said, before James interjected.

“We don’t talk about Jada, no, no, no,” he sang, parodying the tune We Don’t Talk About Bruno from Lin-Manuel Miranda’s Encanto, which won for Best Animated Film – as dancers twirled umbrellas behind him.

He musically mentioned other moments in the verses including Beyonce having “crushed” her song and Timothee Chalamet “showing some skin,” adding: “nothing could ever kill this vibe.”

Before returning to the chorus: “We don’t talk about Jada, no, no, no.”

The song ended to no applause whether or not intentional.

And the internet was not singing his praises.

‘RUINED MY DAY’

The clip danced its way to YouTube and Twitter, where fans fumed over the ham-fisted take.

“I genuinely think it’s literally impossible to find someone as unfunny as James Corden,” one wrote.

“Gave me nightmares,” wrote another as a third decreed: “Ruined my day.”

“Had we stopped mocking Black women for too long for your comfort?” accused another.

“James Corden making the worst jokes that you will ever hear,” a user penned adding a gif of Walter White mixing chemicals from Breaking Bad.

One argued he “killed two birds with one stone,” by “ruining” both Encanto and any nuance about Will, 50, and comedian Chris’ shocking on-stage spat.

Fans were also upset as the host drove himself into the narrative telling People on Monday: “Will Smith can’t take a joke.”

SHOCKING SLAP

Will and comic Chris were involved in a physical altercation at the 94th Annual Academy Awards.

When the comedian took the stage at the Oscars, he made a joke about Jada: “Jada, I love you, GI Jane 2, can’t wait to see it,” he said, referencing the actress’ shaved head.

Following his comment, the camera panned to Jada, who did not look pleased.

The Bad Boys actor then stood up from his seat and walked onto the stage, slapping Chris across the face, then saying from his seat: “Leave my wife’s name out of your f**king mouth.”

Jada revealed in 2018 she suffers from alopecia, a disease resulting in rapid hair loss.

Will released an apology on Monday in a bid for public forgiveness.

James first signed a contract with CBS in 2014 and began hosting The Late Late Show, replacing Craig Ferguson, in 2015.

His net worth is said to be $70M.
