JAMES Lock is back filming Towie after his future on the show was thrown into jeopardy after a fight with his girlfriend Megan Barton Hanson.
Police were called after James had a bust up with Megan at her hotel in central London in March.
James, 35, was escorted out of the hotel by security and police officers spoke to him regarding the incident.
He is now back filming for the hit ITVBE show and has flown out to the Dominican Republic today to start work on the next series.
A show insider said: “Towie bosses were made aware of what happened regarding this incident.
“James was not charged since he has kept completely out of trouble.

“It was decided he would remain part of the Towie family and was chosen as one of the stars to be flown out to the Caribbean.
“He will film over the coming days with some of the show’s biggest names – and a whole host of new faces.
“James loves being a part of the show and can’t wait to start filming again.”
This was not the first incident which saw James’ future on Towie questioned.
In 2014 he pleaded guilty to possession of a Class A drug and was suspended from the show, before being allowed to return.
The following year he was accused of making a racist comment during filming at a house in Essex but was later cleared by bosses.
James first joined Towie in 2013 and is one of the show’s most popular stars.
He has been embroiled in some of the show’s most shocking storylines and saw his rollercoaster relationship with Jazmin Lock play out on screen for two years.
James is one of the biggest names asked to fly out to the Dominican Republic for Towie’s most exotic foreign filming trip.
The Celeb Report revealed earlier this year how some lucky members of the cast would be flown out to the Caribbean for a special trip.
A show insider said at the time: “It is the most flash trip they’ve ever done – but given they’ve spent the last two years on home soil the bosses wanted to give the stars – and the fans – a treat.
“Not everyone is going to get a ticket.
“It is by far the most exotic trip they have ever done and the sandy white beaches of the Caribbean island will make a beautiful backdrop for any drama that unfolds.
“From Puerto Banús to Punta Cana, this is a Marbella glow up of epic proportions.
“Those lucky enough to get a place on the plane are in for a treat.”
