MEGAN Barton Hanson may want to turn off the next series of Celebrity Dinner Date – as her lover James Lock has signed up.
Towie star James, 34, filmed scenes for the upcoming series of the dating show on Friday despite his romance with Megan.
The Celeb Report first revealed how the pair were seeing each other after they were photographed snogging on a night out in London at the start of this month.
Over the weekend Megan, 26, shared pictures of herself with James and revealed they had been spending time together at her home.
James is now on the dating show, which will see him going on three dates with different women who will each cook him a three course dinner.
A source said: “James is filming for Celebrity Dinner Date – all while he is seeing Megan.
“He signed up to the show before they started seeing each other and he wanted to make sure he stuck by it as he didn’t want to let anyone down.
“It is early days between Megan and James so maybe he could meet someone from the show.
“But it’s more than likely that the singletons cooking for him are still going to be very much single by the end of their dates.”
Before meeting Megan, James had been single since the end of his relationship with his Towie co-star Yazmin Oukhellou.
Bisexual Megan has previously dated James’s The Only Way Is Essex co-star Demi Sims and Chelcee Grimes.
She had sworn off men last year but in December said she was open to finding a boyfriend again.
Megan said: “I said that a few months ago when I had just broken up with my ex-girlfriend and I was like, ‘No, I love being with women, I love the dynamic.’
“But really, it’s not about the sex of the person, if you have that connection and you find someone’s qualities attractive then it doesn’t matter what gender they are.
“I just want someone that adds to my life and is super open, funny and accepts what I do and supports me.
“They need to be a feminist. Whether that’s male or female, they need to be aligned with how I feel.”
It comes days after Megan and James at Amazonico restaurant in London’s Mayfair as they shared a passionate kiss.
James, known as Lockie, was also pictured affectionately kissing Megan’s hair, before wrapping her in a hug as they stood outside the posh venue.
An onlooker said: “Megan and James looked inseparable. You couldn’t have squeezed a cigarette paper between the two of them.
“They were clearly having a great time and seemed very taken with each other.”
It understood the pair met while filming Ex on The Beach.
