JEREMY Clarkson’s brutal goodbye to a Who Wants To Be A Millionaire contestant has viewers in stitches.

Budding quiz hopeful Tom Young was looking to take away some life-changing cash.

Tom managed to get away with £16,000

However, after using too many lifelines and deliberating on the questions for too long, an exhausted Jeremy ended his time on the show with a brutal goodbye.

Things started off well as he answered for questions without a single lifeline.

Jeremy was a bit exasperated by the end

On question seven, he stumbled on a question about Andy Warhol – and so was forced to use a 50/50 and a Phone A Friend to secure £8,000.

The violinist secured his winnings at £16,000 with no lifelines left.

However, it was no good – as he didn’t know what the answer to a Nordic TV question was.

Jeremy said after his wrong answer: “I won’t take up any more of your time. That’s wrong…

Who Wants To Be A Millionaire viewers found the comment hilarious, with one person saying: “Clarkson is brilliant at this. Totally honest. That lad totally ballsed it up & he got him off.”

Another added: “You can tell when Jeremy doesn’t like someone”

A third remarked: “My god, this guy is awful. @JeremyClarkson on top form as always though!!”
