JILL Duggar poked fun at her sister Jana’s gardening skills, mocking her for wanting to be like HGTV star Joanna Gaines.
The Counting On alum, 29 made a cheeky dig at her green-fingered older sibling, 31, while revealing her plans to create her own garden.
Jill posted a photo from a visit to her local garden center and wrote: “We are trying some new things this year and hoping it will work!
“I’m not my sister, but I’m pulling out all my wannabe #janagaines (@janamduggar) skills & hoping for the best!
“In the meantime, if you don’t find me on here as much then you’ll know where to find me…”
The mother-of-two added: “Anyone else find it extremely therapeutic to garden?”
She went on: “That is once you finally conquer creating a secure space (yeah…my fence-building skills just aren’t that great) to keep the dog from tearing up the work you’ve just done!”
Jana commented on the photo herself, enthusing: “Love this!! You’ll do great, sis! It’s so much fun watching things grow!”
Jill replied: “Thanks sis!”
Jana has a huge garden at the back of the Duggar family’s Arkansas compound, where she grows everything from sweet peppers to watermelons.
Meanwhile, Jill has rebelled against her family’s strict rules in recent years, which has led to an ongoing spat with parents Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar.
They are fundamentalist Baptists who have set strict rules of modesty for their 19 kids as well as their grandkids.
Jill and her husband Derick Dillard, have openly flouted many of the guidelines.
The couple have been vocal about drinking and sending their children to public school.
The pair have also spoken publicly about their sex life, emphasizing the divide between Jill and the rest of her family.
In February, however, Jill and Derick seemed to look past the family drama when they attended her younger brother Justin’s wedding.
The married couple left their two kids behind to spend some time at the special event in Texas.
Despite distancing themselves from the reality show and Jill’s family, Jill posted a selfie of herself and Derick on social media and congratulated her brother and his new bride, Claire.
