JOE Swash has revealed a “hack” that allows you to change your binbags in a matter of seconds.
However, the smart trick was ridiculed by wife Stacey Solomon, who has made a good living out of kitchen-based tricks.

He said the trick would be ‘100 per cent will be a daily hack you use’
The former EastEnders actor explained how you take your bag and fashion it into a ‘sword’ shape before plunging it into the bin.
He demonstrated by drawing the bag through a small gap made by his thumb and forefinger, which made it stand up straight.
Joe, 40, then thrust it into the bin and simply folded the edges over – showing the hack’s two-step technique.
He explained: “One hand, like a sword, put it in, and voila.”

However, Stacey, 32, wasn’t so keen, insisting it wasn’t even a “hack”.
Joe told her followers: “Listen, all these hacks Stacey gives you guys, this one 100 per cent will be a daily hack you use.”
She replied: “It’s not a hack, it’s just, like, a different style.”
Undeterred, he replied: “It’s a hack.” She cut in: “It’s not a hack.” Joe then turned to his wife, saying: “Listen, you’re not the only hacker.”
Stacey did however post a video his trick on her Instagram story writing: “For anyone wondering which I’m sure no one is but Joe wanted me to show you all.
“He says don’t shake out the bag and put loads of air in it. Squeeze it together into what he calls ‘a bin bag sword’. That’s it.
“I’m sure sure this is a hack at all. But I’ll give him it’s better than when I shake the life out of it. 
.”
