A third laughed: “Well played, Joel. Jonathan Ross one of the funniest Phone-a-Friends ever – and the first I recall hanging up.”

When Jeremy did call Jonathan back, he continued with the gags and told the presenter that he was sitting in his underpants because he couldn’t turn his heating down.

Despite offering viewers a barrel of laughs, the talk show host did brilliantly with helping Joel answer his question correctly.

Joel did a fantastic job while appearing on the popular ITV show and managed to walk away with an incredible £125,000 for his chosen charity.
