The 23-year-old’s silence comes after pregnancy speculation amid her brother Josh’s arrest.

Counting On fans recently took to Reddit to share their theories on why Joy-Anna hasn’t been posting on social media in recent weeks.

In a thread titled “Joy is unusually absent from Social Media,” one fan wrote: “Joy hasn’t posted or liked anything on Instagram in 2 weeks and it’s out of character for her. She isn’t as frequent a user as Jill or Jinger, but she is definitely one of the more consistent girls to use it.

“I did some analytics using the spacing of her last 150 Instagram posts, which is about the last year and a half. She posts pretty consistently, with her average post gap 4 days, and the most common gap was just 2 days.”

“As it stands the current gap of 14 days is an outlier. The only post gaps longer than 14 days are 16 and 17 days; when she was heavily pregnant with Evelyn, and over the 2020 Christmas new year period. Even after the pest arrest she only waited 8 days before posting.”

The in-depth analysis concluded: “There’s nothing wrong with her taking a break, but in the context of her post history and with no obvious reasons for the gap it’s definitely unusual. Could her account be going the way of Lauren and Josiah’s, or is there maybe another reason we don’t know yet?”

Earlier this months, fans speculated that Joy-Anna may be pregnant after she was spotted with a “baby bump” in new photos.

After the mother of two shared a photo of herself sporting a black dress during Fourth of July festivities, fans rushed to the comments section to asked is she’s “pregnant.”

Others wondered if Joy-Anna’s silence was related to her older brother Josh’s recent arrest.

Josh, 33, was previously arrested for possession of child pornography.

Joy-Anna and Austin spoke about the arrest in a statement: “We have not wanted to be hasty in making any statements while still trying to process the news ourselves. We are especially heartbroken by the reality that there are children in the world being harmed and exploited.”

The statement concluded: “We ask for prayer for all those involved, and it is our continued prayer that the truth comes to light.”
