The TV personality shares Evy with husband Austin Forsyth, while the couple also share three-year-old son Gideon.

Fans called out Joy for putting her kids in ‘dangerous situations’

Others called the parenting decision ‘weird’

Someone else called the parents ‘trash people’

While a number of fans took to the comments section to gush over how cute Evy is, others slammed the young mother on Reddit for allowing the baby to wear jewelry.

One person wrote: “Joy is aggressively clueless.”

Another added: “Joy’s kids are so often in dangerous situations.”

A third chimed in: “The jewelry thing is so weird, and makes me a little sad to think if they truly believe it helps with teething or whatever, they didn’t do that with Gideon.”

The criticisms continued as another person called the Counting On stars “trash people.”

Joy-Anna and Austin are often criticized for their parenting

The couple share two kids together

Joy-Anna and Austin, who tied the knot in 2017, are no strangers to receiving backlash when it comes to how they raise their children.

Earlier this month, fans slammed Joy-Anna for letting Evelyn wear the same chocker necklace in another Instagram post.

Just days earlier, Joy-Anna shared a snap of her young daughter getting into a basket of diapers and seemingly putting a tube of cream in her mouth.

The mother was slammed for having her daughter wear a bracelet with beads, which she also had on while out to dinner.

The DuggarsSnark Reddit quickly called out the TV star, as one person wrote: “Why the baby bracelet? She could easily choke on that.”

Critics took to Reddit to wonder why Joy-Anna let Evy wear the jewelry

Another follower asked: “Isn’t that one of those chewable bracelets for teething (spelling?)”

Back in March, Counting On fans criticized Joy-Anna after she claimed Evy was eating rocks while playing outside.

She took to Instagram to share various photos of her two kids enjoying some outside time, as the snaps showed the siblings sitting on gravel and playing with toy trucks.

The TLC star captioned the pics: “It’s the perfect weather for pjs and Gideon’s rock pile!

“On another note… Evy tried her first rock today and quickly realized it’s not one of her favorite foods!”

Many fans expressed their concern in the comments section, as one person wrote: “Why on earth is a baby sitting in the rocks?”

The criticisms of Joy-Anna’s parenting continued when fans slammed her and Austin for leaving out a rifle in their home.

In February, the DuggarsSnark Reddit account shared a picture of Austin and Gideon near a large rifle laid across a kitchen table.

Many people called the situation “horrifying,” as one person wrote: “Their kid(s) could get seriously hurt. Gideon could easily reach up and grab it or climb up on the chair and start playing with it. Their child shouldn’t even be in same room as a gun unless it’s in a safe. They’re idiots.”
