Rob, 45, tweeted the snap from what looks like a gym as he beamed from the pull up bar.
Donning a chain necklace, grey vest, back shorts and black and silver trainers, he beamed whilst flexing his muscles mid-air.
Posting the snap, the Good Morning Britain presenter tweeted: “Starting my 40 plus VAT Birthday with exercise & a ‘thirst tweet’ ..
“Find joy wherever and as often you can..& leave people happier than when you found them..

His fans and famous pals couldn’t help but also congratulate the star on the momentous occasion.
