The star uploaded videos of her personal trainer, Senada Greca, onto Instagram, but fans quickly spotted Kim.

In the first Instagram Story, Senada demonstrated how she bent her back and knees while lifting an ab roller.
While filming, Kim appeared in the background and showed off her thin figure in the mirrors.
The Hulu star, 42, wore a black sports bra and matching leggings as she strutted across the floor on her bare feet.
The Skims founder previously showed off her slim physique with her new trainer.
Kim teased cleavage as she donned a tight sports bra in the clip.
She flexed her toned arm and flashed a peace sign, and while making a kissy face at the camera, Kim displayed her rock-hard abs.
Senada revealed to her followers that the former E! star has been her client for quite some time.
SENADA’S SECRET
In an Instagram Story, Senada wrote: “The secret I’ve been keeping from you all” and tagged the TV star.
The Zentoa founder admitted that Kim “puts in the work for two hours and never complains, even when I push her past what she would think are her limits.”
Senada continued: “I know the strength that lays within her, and now, together, we’re working on Kim stepping into her strength.”
In the comments section, Kim added: “I’m so excited for our journey. Stepping into strength with you.”
KIM’S WEIGHT LOSS
In the results of her previous workout sessions, fans have pointed out how Kim’s booty has been shrinking amid her weight loss journey.
Last year, in a May interview with Vogue, Kim admitted how much weight she had to lose to get into Marilyn Monroe’s famous dress for the Met Gala event.
She explained at the time: “I tried it on and it didn’t fit me. I said, ‘Give me three weeks.’ I had to lose 16 pounds.
“It was such a challenge. It was like a [movie] role…I haven’t had carbs or sugar in about three weeks.”
The mom-of-four continued to drop weight and lost up to 20 pounds since the start of the summer.
‘STAY THIS WAY’
In October 2022, a source close to the TV personality exclusively told The U.S. Sun that Kim planned to lose even more pounds to keep under her goal weight.
The insider mentioned that Kim “does not want to put on weight as she thinks she has never looked better than now.
“She loves how skinny she is and wants to stay this way.”
The source concluded: “She is saying she plans on losing another two pounds because then she’s under her ideal weight, and it won’t matter if she fluctuates a little.”
