AN OLD photo of the Kardashians has emerged, shocking fans at how different they looked before plastic surgery.
The famous family has undergone countless procedures in order to maintain their youthful glow.
But now the difference is unmistakable after fans shared an old photo of the Kardashians on social media.
In the throwback image, Kris and Caitlyn Jenner posed with then-teens Kim and Kourtney, and pre-teens Khloe and Rob.
The entire family looked young and fresh-faced, almost completely unrecognizable from their current state.

Fans rushed to the comments section to share their shock over the photo.

“Wow, they almost look like real people!” one wrote.
“Now they look like they all did the same science experiment together,” a second joked.
A third remarked: “Looking like a 90s sitcom,” while a fourth commented: “I do not know which one of them is which.”
“God. Could you imagine the millions of dollars spent between them to used to look like plastic monsters,” a fifth ranted.
“Each and every one of them looks better there than with their faces and a**es all carved up,” a final wrote.

The Kardashians have been fairly open about their plastic surgery ventures over the past decade, from procedures like Brazilian Butt Lift to facial fillers.
Even earlier this month, Kim, 41, shared a video inside her plastic surgeon’s office in London as she tried out another new method.
NEWEST PROCEDURE
The Hulu star took to Instagram to share all about her recent procedures including a “secret one no one knows about yet.”
The mother of four paid a visit to her plastic surgeon, Dr. Giovanni, wearing sweats and a crop top in front of a mirror alongside the doctor.
Kim said: “Alright, I’m in Dr. Giovanni’s office today. What are we going to do?”
Dr. Giovanni replied, “It’s all about skin tightening,” and then joked, “She’s actually going to do skin tightening on me.”
Kim laughed, twisted her hair, and said: “Yeah, right, but, I’m obsessed. So, we’re going to do what, the Potenza?”
Dr Giovonni announced: “We’re going to do the Potenza, we’re going to do some different RF and we’re going to do some secret RF no one knows about yet.”
These are all forms of micro-needling with radiofrequency waves.
Potenza is an RF technology that will help Kim tighten and firm her skin, reduce her wrinkles and improve her skin texture.
ULTRA-DEFINED
Kim announced her plastic surgeon visit after she was just spotted in London with her boyfriend Pete Davidson, 28, where fans noticed something different about her face.
Kim’s neck was on display, and fans claimed her jawline looked more defined than usual and speculated that she has either an implant or a jaw shave.
One shared photos of her profile on Reddit and wrote: “It looks definitely stronger, I think is the combo of weight loss and some filler.”
