Kat's Worries
After postponing their wedding last September, Kat (played by Jessie Wallace) and Phil have faced their fair share of drama. Now, on Kat's big day, she becomes concerned when Alfie is a no-show.
Kat recently returned to Walford after visiting her sister Little Mo, only to find out that her son Tommy Moon has been acting out again and that her former husband Alfie Moon may be suffering from prostate cancer.

Despite these issues, Kat makes the brave decision to go ahead and book a registry office for the following week.
Little does she know that Phil had a passionate encounter with Emma Harding in the back office at Peggy's during Tuesday's episode, leaving him hiding a secret.
A Battle Unleashed
On the wedding day, a furious Alfie confronts Keanu at the Arches to find out the truth about Phil's actions. In the meantime, Phil and the Mitchell men raise a toast to family at Peggy's.
When Alfie arrives, he takes Phil aside and punches him, sparking a physical altercation between the two men. It becomes clear that something else is bothering Alfie.
Emotional Reveals and Panic
Amidst the chaos, Alfie emotionally reveals that he lied and does indeed have prostate cancer, and that he is scheduled to have a prostatectomy. This bombshell leaves Kat in a state of panic.
However, Phil finally arrives late to the registry office without Alfie. Now the question remains: will Kat and Phil go through with the wedding?
