Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion TV show filming grinds to a halt after ‘smelly’ septic tank leak

FILMING on Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion TV Show has ground to a halt once again.

It was confirmed in May that Katie, 44, had landed a second series of My Mucky Mansion after the first saw her attempt to renovate her £.3m Sussex home.

The star has had help to try and get her house back to it’s best

But shooting has been plagued with issues – the latest problem being a very smelly septic tank.

An insider said:  “Katie’s been having issues with it for years and it’s been blocked with old make-up wipes and baby wipes.

“It got to the stage where it’s overflowing and leaking out – during the heatwave it was so smelly the neighbours could smell it a couple of houses over.

“It was supposed to be replaced in 2020 but nothing has been done – a company did come to clear it but it quickly went wrong again. It’s backed up and oozing out and it’s really disgusting. It’s hard for the crew to work onsite with the smell.”

Katie Price slammed for ‘cruel’ video of Harvey as fans ask ‘why post this?

Earlier this month the production company were forced to call in professional de-clutterers.

Filming stopped as they sieved through piles old clothes and free gifts Katie has been sent since last series.

And it’s not jusT the inside which is a concern, new aerial images of the star’s Sussex home show the swimming pool half filled with slimy green water.

Rubble fills the other half, with a broken slide lying on its side on the grubby paving stones that surround it.

To one side of Katie’s house, mounds of fly-tipped rubbish have also been piled up on a disused area of hardstanding tarmac.

There is a skip on the main driveway outside the huge property, but it is full to the brim with junk.

When C4’s crew moved in previously, Katie made over daughter Princess’s and son Jett’s bedrooms, and her mum Amy – who is suffering from an incurable lung condition – designed a special ‘garden room’ for her daughter to remember her by.

Katie also paid tribute to her fiance Carl Woods with a huge neon sign in the hallway spelling out ‘PriceyWoods’.

Speaking on ITV’s Lorraine, Katie revealed plans for series two and said: “We’ve only done four rooms so far, there’s eleven bedrooms there, all the other rooms. Everyone loved it, I wanna do my bedroom!”

A rep for Katie denied the claims and a rep for Channel 4 said: “Filming is happening today”.
