KERRY Katona admitted she still feels “top-heavy” after her recent breast reduction op.
The TV star revealed her secret surgery just last week saying it was her final boob job and she was “so happy” with the results – after being a size 36EE.
But Kerry, 40, confessed they may still be too big for her small frame on a daytrip with fiance Ryan Mahoney and the kids to Ninja Warrior in Eastbourne.
The ex Atomic Kitten singer was seen leaping onto a platform but she failed to make it across while daughter Lilly-Sue, 18, stormed the course.
Running back to Ryan, 32, she cupped her boobs and made her excuses.
Speaking in her latest YouTube video, the star said: “I think I’m still a bit top heavy”.

She went under the knife again having previously had her 36EE boobs lifted in 2019.
Kerry had had a breast enlargement done by renowned surgeon Dr Maurino Joffily in Harley Street, and this month she visited him again for the reduction.
Sharing a snap of them together, Kerry beamed for the camera and gave the peace sign as she wrote alongside it: “What a absolute legend and artist this man is @maurino_joffily soooo happy with my new boobies!! And yes I can’t wait to show them off.”
In the picture, Kerry lay on a hospital bed in a black bra with just a hint of her cleavage on display.
Her latest surgery comes after she revealed she had made £1 million from saucy foot fetish pictures.
The former Atomic Kitten star was declared bankrupt back in 2008 but in the last couple of years her fortunes have completely turned around.
Kerry now says she is a millionairess again after joining adult subscription website, OnlyFans.
Speaking to The Celeb Reportday Mirror, she revealed: “People are quick to say, ‘she’s desperate’ if I get out a bit of nipple, but I’ve made my first million since bankruptcy and I’m so, so proud.
“If it wasn’t for OnlyFans I wouldn’t have had money to invest in myself and in making more companies.”
Kerry posts pictures of herself in sexy lingerie on her profile, but some of her followers pay to see a specific part of her scantily clad body.
She said: “I just send sexy messages and pictures, but nothing more than topless.
“I’ve had loads of requests for foot selfies from people with foot fetishes.”
