KHLOE Kardashian revealed that her hair FELL OUT during her battle with Covid and that she has “struggled” with stimulating natural growth since.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star previously shared a series of photos of her natural locks as she showed off her true “texture.”
Khloe, 37, opened up about her hair “struggles” during a Twitter Space Chat this week.
The reality star told fans that her “hair really fell out with COVID,” admitting: “it was really a struggle for a minute.”
The TV personality went on to promote her Dose & Co. collagen protein powder of which she’s a brand ambassador, saying the product has “helped me so, so much” in regrowing her natural mane.
“I do the powder, just because that’s what we had for so long,” she explained.
“And I take so many vitamins a day, it’s just so easy for me.”
COVID CHRONICLES
Khloe and her sisters very rarely rock their natural locks, as they frequently use extensions and wigs to create interesting new hairstyles.
The mother of one’s troubles began when she contracted Covid during her best friend Malika Haqq’s babymoon at the Morongo Casino Resort & Spa near Palm Springs in March of 2020.
During an October episode of KUWTK, she confessed: “I just found out that I do have corona, I have been in my room.
“It was really bad for a couple of days, vomiting and shaking and hot and cold.”
Khloe continued: “I suffer from migraines but this was the craziest headache, I wouldn’t say it was a migraine.
“The coughing – my chest would burn when I coughed. My throat is still not fully recovered clearly, let me tell you that s*** is real but we are all going to get through this.
“I pray if we follow orders and listen we’re all going to be okay,” she urged her fans.
KEEPING IT NATURAL
In mid-August, Khloe took to her Instagram to share some rare photos of her natural hair.
The E! star posted a series of pictures from her workout studio as she took a break from exercising.
The Good American founder showed off her wild curly bob in her natural light brown shade, vastly different than her usual waist-length blonde extensions.
Khloe shared mirror photos of her toned figure in a purple matching gym set and also filmed a short clip as she ran her fingers through her hair.
The California native captioned her post: “
I rarely wear my natural hair texture. Felt kinda cute with it (please don’t ruin the feeling)
.”
‘TOO SEXY’
Earlier this week, the TV star fully embraced body positivity as she posed topless for her new Good American commercial.
Khloe showed off her fit physique in a pair of tight jeans as she rolled around a bed with only a silky cloth to cover her chest.
Fans gushed in the comments as they commended the Kardashian for embracing her “beauty.”
Despite the allure of the advertisement, the clip was “BANNED” from television as gatekeepers claimed it was “too sexy” for mainstream media.
