KHLOE Kardashian shared cryptic posts about “breaking the rules” & “chaos” following her “ban” from the Met Gala.
Khloe, 37, was not invited to the glitzy event, despite her mother and sisters being in attendance.
The reality star took to her Instagram Stories to post inspirational messages after the ceremony snub.
One post read: “Life is short. Break the rules. Forgive quickly, kiss slowly, love truly, laugh uncontrollably, and never regret anything that made you smile.”
She shared a second quote which read: “May you always be the one who notices the little ways light pours through, reminding you within the chaos there’s more to life and more to you” – MHN.
Khloe has been sharing many quotes on social media since declaring she was “not OK” while having to watch the star-studded event from home.
Last week, Khloe posted a quote about “opportunities,” appearing to take a swipe at the gala.
The post read: “This year has taught me not to postpone enjoyment. If you’re given an opportunity to enjoy something… take it.”
The model also shared a lengthy passage with her followers seemingly indicative of her feelings.
The post read: “At some point, you decide. You decide that this is where you are rooted. You make the decision to be happy right where you are. You don’t let go of your dreams. You expand your dreams.
“You decide that this is where you plant, this is where you take root, this is where you will bloom. You don’t wait for it all to be perfect. You construct the life that feels beautiful and wonderful and generative right where you are. You get to decide that.
“You look around and pause to feel gratitude for what you have already created. You let in simple joys, easy pleasures. You take up a hobby. You stop forcing so much. You let go of control.
“You look at the raw materials of your life and you go, ‘I can make something extraordinary with this.’ And you start to build, right from where you’re planted.”
She added: “You don’t wait for it all to line up. You line it all up yourself, brick by brick.”
REJECTED
Khloe was reportedly kept from the Met Gala for being “too C-list.”
She is said to have first been banned from the Met Gala in 2019, according to a Radar Online report.
Vogue’s Editor in Chief Anna Wintour, who has overseen the Met Gala guest list since 1995, was said to regard Khloe as “too C-list” for the event.
It seems the Good American founder took the news pretty hard as she showed off a massive bouquet of roses she was gifted after the rejection.
The opulent display featured over 200 pink and white roses, combined into one large bush in her foyer.
Though the reality star did not specify who sent her the flowers, they arrived right after the news broke that she has been “BANNED” from fashion’s biggest event.
SUPPORTIVE SISTERS
A source revealed that Kourtney Kardashian also skipped the event because she didn’t want Khloe to feel “left out.”
“Khloe and Kourtney have never been invited to the Met Gala, but Kourtney was invited to this one and chose to stay home with Khloe because she didn’t want to leave her alone,” they explained.
Despite not attending the Met Gala herself, Khloe gushed over her sisters Kendall and Kim on the red carpet.
Last week, the mother of one shared multiple photos of her supermodel little sister’s red afterparty look, as she told fans: “I’ll never get over her.”
The E! star posted glamorous shots of Kendall on the red carpet captioned: “I can’t handle this type of perfection.”
