But how will she overcome her struggle online?

Kim (portrayed by Tameka Emspon) was over the moon when her social media influencing allowed her to win a brand new car.

Unfortunately, her joy was cut short when she crashed the vehicle into the local Argee Bhajee.

Since then, and as witnessed by devastated BBC One viewers, Kim has been struggling with anxiety and suffered panic attacks – and one of them even led her straight to prison.

Following her release, Kim agreed to seek therapy but in upcoming scenes of the London-based drama, she tells a saddened Patrick Trueman (Rudolph Walker) and Howie Danes (Delroy Atkinson) that her days as the Kimfluencer are gone.

Kim confesses to the pair of men that she’s just a broken woman and Howie is heartbroken to see her so low.

This prompts him to give her a pep talk about how strong she’s being and he reassures her that therapy will help her heal.

Later on, Howie convinces Kim to go live online and speak to her fox cubs, but she’s full of trepidation.

Kim is broadcasting live as Howie tries to get her to log off so they can go to her therapy appointment, revealing he’s called her Doctor and rearranged her session.

She reveals she cancelled her first session but eventually agrees to go after all.

At first, Kim is full of bluster in front of Dr Anwar but eventually starts to open up about her issues.

Dr Anwar shares some techniques to help Kim deal with her anxiety and PTSD – will she take note of them?

This remains to be seen but, in later scenes, Kim and Howie fall out over her plans to talk about mental health on the Kimfluencer channel.

She wrongly assumes he doesn’t like the new Kim, but Howie insists it’s only because he’s worried that she’s vulnerable and people can be nasty online.

Will Kim open up about her mental health online?

How will people respond to her struggle?

EastEnders airs from Monday to Thursday at 7.30pm on BBC One.
