KIM Kardashian has shared a video inside of her plastic surgeon’s office after fans say she looks “so different” in her new pictures from London.
The Hulu star took to Instagram to share all about her recent procedures including a “secret one no one knows about yet.”
Kim, 41, took a visit to her plastic surgeon, Dr. Giovanni, and took fans along with her on her Instagram.
She posed wearing sweats and a crop top in front of a mirror alongside her surgeon.
Kim said: “Alright, I’m in Dr. Giovanni’s office today. What are we going to do?”
Dr. Giovanni replied, “It’s all about skin tightening,” and then joked, “She’s actually going to do skin tightening on me.”

Kim laughed, twisted her hair, and said: “Yeah, right, but, I’m obsessed. So, we’re going to do what, the Potenza?”
Dr Giovonni announced: “We’re going to do the Potenza, we’re going to do some different RF and we’re going to do some secret RF no one knows about yet.”
These are all forms of microneedling with radiofrequency waves.
Potenza is an RF technology that will help Kim tighten and firm her skin, reduce her wrinkles and improve her skin texture.
JAW-DROPPING
Kim announced her plastic surgeon visit after she was just spotted in London with her boyfriend Pete Davidson, 28, as fans noticed something different about her face.
As Kim’s jawline and neck were on display, fans claimed her jawline looked more defined than usual and speculated that she has either an implant or a jaw shave.
One shared photos of her profile on Reddit and wrote: “It looks definitely stronger, I think is the combo of weight loss and some filler.”
Another added: “Maybe she got facial implants and then lost facial fat and it looks weird now.”
A third posted: “She got a jaw shave at minimum. Potentially either implant or collagen but with bone structure (like chins) it’s usually implant.”
Kim recently revealed she still gets Botox after vowing never to have it again.
The reality star first had the injections when she was 29 years old back in 2010 and swore off the procedure after having a nasty reaction to it.
Although in a recent episode of The Kardashians, Kim let it slip that she still gets them.
She revealed her late father Rob told her not to become an attorney like him because she’d have “so many f**king wrinkles from the stress of this job.”
Kim then quipped: “Thank God for Botox.“
PLASTIC, FANTASTIC?
Kim has faced years of gossip over whether she’s had a nose job and fillers, as well as speculation over her famous curves.
Fans have wondered if the star got butt implants after noticing a dramatic change in the appearance of her behind.
The beauty mogul finally admitted in 2016 to getting her butt cosmetically enhanced – but said she had cortisone shots to treat a skin complaint.
Recently, fans shared a theory that Kim used her weight loss for the Met Gala to hide the removal of her rumored butt fillers.
The entrepreneur revealed she dropped a staggering 16lb in just three weeks to fit into her skintight Marilyn Monroe dress.
However, Kim’s followers have speculated that she “used the narrative” of trying to fit into the dress to hide the reduction of her alleged butt lift.
SKKN FOR ‘EVERYONE’
Most recently, the KUWTK star announced the launch of her new skincare line, SKKN, on social media.
Kim shared a slew of sexy photos to promote her new business venture in which she wore a skimpy bikini with a matching skirt wrap.
She also shared photos from her collection of products and a close-up shot of her glowing facial features.
She captioned the post: “I’m excited to introduce to you SKKN BY KIM, a rejuvenating nine-product skincare ritual that I have developed from start to finish.
“I’ve been so privileged to learn about skin and skincare over the years from the world’s top dermatologists and estheticians, and every bottle from my new line is filled with the knowledge I have accumulated along the way,”
Kim concluded that she “created this line so that everyone can feel confident in their skin, and I can’t wait to finally be able to share it with you!”
SKKN BY KIM is scheduled to launch on June 21st on its official website.

Fans have been clapping back against Kim for the $650 price tag attached to the nine-step SKKN skincare line.
In a wild interview with the New York Times, the billionaire called the high price of her line “a necessity.”
Specifically, she told NYT the $95 face oil will give customers, “the glow of a lifetime.”
The reality star bragged: “The products I was using that were comparable were way more expensive, not to compare anything.
“I tried to get the quality for the best price that we could, especially the vitamin C serum.”
When asked how she will explain the high price to her 315 MILLION Instagram followers, when the majority of them “likely won’t be able to afford it,” she quipped the line is for the “prestigious.”
