Kim Kardashian’s strict rules for entering her $60M all-white mansion including no phones & no food near ritzy furniture

SO you want to visit Kim Kardashian at her home? Get ready to follow some strict rules.

The reality star, who fought hard to score sole ownership of the $60 million Los Angeles mansion she once shared with ex Kanye West, makes friends, family and visitors honor a specific set of guidelines before entering and while inside.

Many of the rules have to deal with simply keeping the place clean.

The mega mansion, which she and Ye bought in 2013 for a mere $20 million, underwent four years of extravagant renovations, to eventually reflect Kim’s love of neutral colors and tones.

Last year, Kim took to Instagram to share a photo of her living room, which consisted of white carpet, three white chairs, a white coffee table, a white painting, an empty white fireplace, and white walls.

Kim, 41, gushed that the space was her “fave room in my house”, but anyone who enters the room better be careful.

And that rule especially applies to her four young children, who are forbidden from playing anywhere near the white space.

Kim and Kanye share daughters North, 9, and Chicago, 4, and sons Saint, 6, and Psalm, 3.

In a post on her former blog, she shared: “Our home decor taste tends to be minimal and modern but the kids’ playroom is the one room in the house where I let them run wild.

“That’s where all the markers, paints and colors are … By the time they’re done there, they have no desire to take a pen to our white furniture, lol!”

NO SNAPPING

It took awhile, but Kim eventually opened her doors and let people in

One original rule that seemed made to be broken was Kim’s ban on any pictures of the place at all.

Even her own reality crew were forbidden from showing the inside of their home.

That is, until Kanye himself broke that rule, sharing three photos of the house not long after the renovations were finished.

Kim immediately fired back at her husband of the time, scolding him for breaking rule #1.

“Ummm babe. We had a rule to not show our home on social media!” she tweeted. “Soooo can we now allow KUWTK filming in the home?”

She added a crying laughing emoji.

Since then, the star has let cameras click on multiple occasions, both inside and outside of her abode.

NO PHONES AT DINNER

Kim may have never met a selfie she didn’t like, but when it comes time for the family meal, all phones must go away.

During a panel at Beautycon 2018, the mother of four shared some advice she was once given: “If you get a phone call … and you guys are all eating dinner together, never get up and leave and take the call or take it at the table because [if you do] you’re showing your kids that this phone call is more important than them.”

Kim confessed that, much like when she was growing up, her kids have certain set social hours.

No phones allowed while eating

“I remember growing up, [with] our home phone, I had rules,” she explained. “There were phone hours. And so there should be cell-phone hours. You should never sleep by your phone.”

The busy business woman enforces this rule by requiring her kids leave their phones in the kitchen at night, with the promise the protective parent will give them back in the morning after they share a family breakfast.

NO SPILLING SECRETS

Kim requires guests and visitors to sign an NDA promising their silence

Before getting comfy in Kim’s home, guests must reportedly first sign a non-disclosure agreement, promising to keep their conversations confidential.

“Kim’s not very popular with a lot of her kids’ friends’ moms, because she’s so paranoid about even having a basic conversation with them,” a source previously told RadarOnline.com.

A typical NDA threatens retribution or even legal action if confidential information is somehow released or leaked.

It’s not exactly clear what is on Kim’s documents.

NO JEWELRY

Kim flashed her engagement ring in 2015 at the Cannes Lions Festival.

Following Kim’s frightening robbery at gunpoint in Paris, the fashion pioneer instituted a new rule for her homelife: no fancy or pricey jewelry out in the open.

Kim reportedly put the policy in place at the Hidden Hills home because she doesn’t want it to be a target for thieves.

According to TMZ at the time: “The very few pieces of jewelry that Kim does still own are being stored elsewhere — under constant supervision — with very elaborate security measures to get to it.”

In October 2016, two men stormed into her Paris hotel room, where she was alone.

After they took her $8 million engagement ring, the robbers grabbed Kim, who was then bound, gagged and thrown into a bathroom.

Eventually, 12 people were arrested for plotting to rob Kim.
