In the snapshot, The Kardashians star covered her eyes with sunglasses as she donned her steamy swimsuit.
While jumping into the air, the Hulu star extended her bare arms as her brunette hair whirled around.
The reality star captioned the post: “Did you know that bouncing on a trampoline for 20 minutes burns the same calories as a 30-minute run, and it depuffs!”
The Poosh founder also shared a link to her health and wellness site.

Kourtney cited the American Council on Exercise organization and further explained how bouncing helps “boost immunity and majorly rev up our modes of detoxification.”
BABY ON THE WAY?
Fans became convinced that the Keeping Up with the Kardashians alum might be pregnant when she recently shared throwback photos from her pregnancy days.
In the first Story, the KUWTK star wore a tight yellow dress while holding her newborn.
In the next Story, the former E! star was heavily pregnant while carrying her oldest son, Mason, now 12.
Along with Mason and Penelope, 10, the reality star shares her son Reign, seven, with her ex Scott Disick, 39.
While posting behind-the-scenes snaps from her campaign shoot for her newly launched brand, Lemme, Kourtney sported a revealing outfit that displayed her naked belly.
She placed her hand around her stomach, which sparked more baby rumors from fans.
Speculators have been pointing at other possible hints, especially when Kourtney was spotted wearing baggy clothes as if she was hiding her baby belly.
Her husband Travis Barker, 46, is the father to teens Landon, 18, and Alabama, 16, both of whom he shares with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
After getting married back in May, Kourtney has become a stepmother to his children.
THE BABY STRUGGLE
The TV star and the Blink-182 drummer have been trying for a baby of their own for a while.
Even though Kourtney has not responded to the baby gossip, she has been open about her struggles to conceive.
The couple opened up about her attempts to have a fourth child as they went through her painful IVF journey.
During her confessional, Kourtney said: “Travis and I want to have a baby, and so my doctor took us down this road of doing IVF.
“Like, it hasn’t been the most amazing experience.”
During a recent interview with the Wall Street Journal, the TV personality mentioned: “We started an IVF journey, but I stopped. It was a lot. I took a break to just focus on our wedding and getting married.”
