Posting a series of snaps from the event, Khloe, 38, shared a candid shot of her with Penelope and Kourtney’s eldest son, Mason, 12.
In the photo, Khloe wore a figure-hugging pink dress with a silk cardigan draped over her shoulders.
Penelope was stood directly in front of her auntie, and wore an oversized T-Shirt in a similar shade of dusty pink.
The little one looked grown up next to the Good American founder and her big bother.
Both appeared to be cheering as Khloe had her arms raised while Penelope was clapping.
The preteen is one of three kids that Kourtney, 43, shares with her ex Scott Disick, 39, whom was not invited to the party.
Not only is Penelope Kourtney’s only daughter, she is the oldest daughter from all the Kardashian sisters.

Kim’s 42nd bought the whole family together for a lavish celebratory dinner.
Seated at tables with huge candle decorations, the guests tucked into a Nobu-inspired menu of sushi, wagyu and lobster tacos, and rock shrimp tempura.
Cameras and microphones could be seen in the family’s social media photos, suggesting that the event was filmed for an upcoming third season of The Kardashians.
The five KarJenner sisters posed for a photo together, with the birthday girl wearing a daring white lace dress that showed her underwear.

Fans are becoming more and more familiar with Penelope as she is frequently spotted alongside her mom and her step-dad Travis Barker, 46, on family outings.
Earlier this month, she was pictured walking hand-in-hand with the couple leaving the rockstar’s new restaurant, Crossroads Kitchen.
The trio was seen looking joyful as they laughed and smiled at cameras.
The little girl seemed all grown up in comparison to her early days on TV, as she nearly reached her mom’s shoulder in a Pink Floyd T-Shirt, white jeans, and sneakers.
She carried a Sephora bag in one hand as she grinned at fans outside the restaurant.
