The mum of one gushed over a ‘life motto’ as she headed to a Coldplay gig with husband Iain Stirling
The Irish beauty took over the Love Island role back in 2020.
Yet this weekend, she suggested things were set to change in her life path as she gave an insight into her mindset.
Mum of one Laura posted a snap alongside husband Iain Stirling showing the pair at Coldplay’s it-gig of the moment.
In her caption, she gushed: “Never dull your sparkle and live each day true to yourself.
“Excellent motto to live by!”
She continued: “Wow thank you @coldplay for a beautiful night. First band I ever interviewed for telly was Coldplay.
“Seen them many times live but @iaindoesjokes first last night.
“A real special moment sharing that joy with 90000 other people in one space.
“The guys said they weren’t going to tour until they could put on a fully carbon neutral show. And that’s what they did!
Laura made her Love Island exit reveal on Monday – shortly after telling how she was following her acting dreams in London’s West End.
She wrote: “Some news! I won’t be hosting the next series of Love Island.
“There are certain elements of the show I’ve found very difficult that cannot be changed – some due to the format, including the flying back and forth to South Africa along with my new conflicting projects.
“I wish it was still possible but know you’ll be in safe hands.
“I was only planning to fill in for Caroline for a series and it turned into three series.
“I hope I did you proud Caroline”
In a statement, ITV said: “Laura has been a fantastic host across the last three series of the show.
“We are so grateful for everything she has brought to the programme but understand and respect her decision, and we look forward to working with her on upcoming ITV projects.”
Fellow Love Island stars rushed to wish her well in her next chapter, with 2019 runner up Maura Higgins writing: “You will be missed.”
Demi Jones, who was an Islander in 2020, said: “You were incredible! We’ll miss you.”
ITV are yet to reveal who will replace Laura on the show next year.
