LOVE Island’s Lillie insisted she wants Liam and Millie’s romance to work out after she was dumped from the villa.
The 22-year-old made a beeline for Liam in Casa Amor and viewers were shocked when the Welsh hunk welcomed her advances, despite being in a happy couple with Millie.
But as the two houses came together for brutal recoupling last night, Lillie was sent packing and Liam played down his actions in Casa Amor to a bewildered Millie.
Speaking to Laura Whitmore on last night’s Aftersun, she said: “He does seem really happy for her, and I hope that they can sort it out because they do seem to have something special.
“I think Liam made it pretty clear he wanted Millie so I will let them be happy and hopefully they can figure it out from there.”
While she wishes the pair well, Lillie was critical of Liam after he blindsided her by deciding to return to the original villa without her.
In an exclusive chat with The Celeb Report on Sunday, Lillie slammed the hunk for making her think she had won his heart — and says he “mugged off” both Millie and her.
The 22-year-old Geordie lass was at the centre of Friday night’s explosive love triangle episode when she told devastated Millie that she and Liam had kissed behind her back and shared a bed together.
The bombshell revelation — just minutes after Millie and Liam, who had spent days apart, shared a happy reunion — left Millie in tears and plunged the villa into chaos.
Speaking about the love triangle for the first time, Lillie admitted she saw red after walking into the villa to see Liam cuddling up to his unsuspecting other half.
And she said she told the truth in a bid to stop unsuspecting Millie being taken in by Liam’s lies.

Lillie said: “When I found out Liam hadn’t chosen me, I felt misled. He’d been giving me what I wanted to hear and I was convinced he was the one.
“He made me feel as if I had a really strong chance of going back to the villa with him. He was very hands-on — we were like a couple in there.
“So I definitely thought I was going to get picked. When he chose to go back alone, I was shocked.
“Then when I walked into the villa with the other girls, I didn’t like how Liam had Millie’s necklace and his arm around her after how he’d been with me.
“It wouldn’t have been nice of me to stand there and let her be happy and lovey, thinking: ‘Oh, he’s come back’ when she was being mugged off.
“So I spoke up as one girl to another — I wasn’t staying in the villa to say my piece, so I wanted to say something to put a question mark in Millie’s head about him.
“Because he is going to have to say something about what happened between us. And I don’t know if it’s going to be the whole truth.
“I didn’t do it to cause drama or be petty, but I wanted her to know to be a bit wary of him. I had nothing to lose and nothing to gain at that point.”
Fans were stunned last week when Welsh bricklayer Liam, 21, gave in to temptation by snogging Lillie during a “lads holiday” at Casa Amor — while Millie was left behind in the main TV villa.
While Millie, 24, shunned six new men who joined the main villa, Liam agreed to go “100 per cent” for Lillie — sharing a bed with her and kissing her passionately.
But reappearing in the villa alone on Friday night, Liam clutched Millie’s favourite Sagittarius necklace and said it felt “amazing” to be back.
To Millie’s delight, he said: “The time apart was hard but I’m back where I belong. It makes you realise where your heart is and mine has been up in this villa the whole time.”
But her relief turned to horror minutes later when Lillie walked into the villa and told of her shock that she had been dumped by Liam after their steamy clinches.
She said they shared a “good connection, very 50/50” and added: “The actions were pretty equal — sharing a bed together, kissing outside of challenges.”
And her honesty sent shockwaves through the Islanders.
