Brenda Edwards has a stellar history on-stage with roles in Sister Act and Chicago – so should be able to handle her nerves while competing for the Strictly Come Dancing Glitter Ball trophy.
A source told MirrorOnline: “Brenda is a dream signing.
“She has a huge fanbase from Loose Women and the talent to go all the way.
“She also has a very emotional backstory – the nation adores Brenda.”
Brenda’s run on We Will Rock You will wrap in September – potentially leaving her room in her schedule to take part afterwards.
Earlier this year, Brenda blew BGT audiences away when she sung on the live show.
They did a double-take when they saw Brenda take to the stage with Lee Mead to perform a track from their We Will Rock You musical during the Britain’s Got Talent’s semi finals.
Loose Woman Brenda opened up the semi finals with a sensational performance of Don’t Stop Me Now.
She showed off her incredible curves in a plunging top and looked dramatically different with a black and electric blue hair do.
Brenda is the mother of the late Jamal Edwards, the founder of SBTV.
She is a Loose Woman, a singer, actress, television personality and presenter.
She shot to fame on The X Factor where she finished fourth in the second series in 2005.
Since then she has carved a career as a TV presenter.
Brenda splits her time between her TV work and her singing gigs, which includes a lot of work in the theatre.
