The former Made In Chelsea star, 32, says she is “reassured” that she has pulled through after two near-death health traumas.

The Made In Chelsea star haemorrhaged at home last week
Louise has previously been candid in discussing her traumatic labour and consequent PTSD following the birth of her son Leo, now aged one.
Last week, she was whisked to hospital again after she haemorrhaged at home.
Louise initially told fans she had experienced a “bit of an unexpected situation again”, before later confirming what had happened.
The former reality star has admitted she is now trying to “reframe” her double survival as “reassuring”.
Alongside a lovely photograph of herself in a mesh top and leggings, she wrote on Instagram: “You know the funny thing about surviving the second time round is that you know you’re not just lucky. You understand the capacity of the human body.
“You know how strong you are. You understand what modern medicine is capable of and what you can withstand. Wow you can withstand an awful lot.
“I’m trying to reframe it as reassuring. It’s reassuring that I’ve come and gone from hospital (unexpectedly) and survived each time.”
Louise continued: “I never thought it would happen to me, and it did. Then I never thought it would happen again. But it kinda did. So I guess nothing in life is for certain. NOTHING.
“But the good thing is that I can learn from it. I have learnt that I DON’T want to live my life in fear anymore… and I’m definitely not going to undo all of my hard work. I have great systems and support in place now.
“Soooo… I want to resume life as normal as quickly as poss plz. With an extra large serving of perspective and gratitude.
”
Louise added that she is trying to focus on ‘soaking up the good stuff’, rather than looking back on her health traumas.
Writing a ‘P.S.’, she concluded: “This last week I’ve managed to distract any ruminating/analysing/damn awful, circulating, obsessive thoughts with the thought of lying there wishing I had more time with my boy which then makes me shift gear and feel v v VVV present and forces me to really soak up the good stuff.
“A little blessing… or just another mind game.”
Louise’s latest post comes after she shared a video of her son Leo and her fiancé Ryan Libbey burning “bad memories” in a bonfire.
Previously, PT Ryan had taken to Instagram to inform fans of her latest health fright.
The dad-of-one said: “Last Friday it got flipped on its head again. Louise haemorrhaged at home, again.
“Rushed to hospital for surgery and close monitoring for four days. Louise is home now, stable and doing well. She’s a warrior!”
