Charity football match rules out Love Island All Stars
A number of Love Island stars have seemingly been ruled out from participating in the upcoming All Stars spin-off of the popular reality show. The reason? They have agreed to take part in a celebrity football match for charity, which coincides with the run of the All Star edition.
Seven former Islanders to play in charity match
The charity football match, scheduled for January 28th, will feature seven former Islanders, as revealed by Sellebrity Soccer. These stars have committed to raising funds for charity, which means they are unlikely to join Maya Jama and other former Islanders in South Africa for another shot at love.
Mitchel Taylor and Ouzy See among those ruled out
Recent Islander Mitchel Taylor, who narrowly missed out on making it to the Love Island final, will not be returning to the villa for the All Stars edition. Similarly, Ouzy See, who was paired with show legend Kady McDermott, has also chosen to participate in the football tournament instead.
Scott van der Sluis and others confirmed for charity game
In addition to Mitchel and Ouzy, Love Island alum Scott van der Sluis will be taking part in the charity football match. Scott gained fame for appearing on three consecutive editions of Love Island and recently featured on Love Island Games. Billy Brown and Shaq Muhammad are also expected to play in the match.
Liberty Poole and Georgia Harrison to lead All Stars lineup
Despite the absence of some former Islanders, the All Stars lineup is set to be led by Liberty Poole and Georgia Harrison. Chris Taylor and twins Jess and Eve Gale are also rumored to be joining them on the highly-anticipated program.
With the All Stars edition just days away, fans are eagerly awaiting the return of their favorite Love Island stars. Although some familiar faces won't be making a comeback, the show promises to be just as captivating as ever.
